("WeMake," "we," "us," or "our"), an innovative technology company engaged with the convergence of carbon-based and silicon-based life, and of human and artificial intelligence. By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about WeMake's technology programs, clinical research support, products, platforms, and partnerships. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Site content without prior written consent from WeMake.

2. Technology programs and clinical services

Information on the Site about capabilities, CRO/SMO services, technology platforms, clinical research, and partnerships is provided for general informational purposes. A binding engagement requires a separate written agreement between you and WeMake. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, guarantee, or commitment to provide specific services, timelines, or study outcomes.

3. Digital products

WeMake publishes or operates digital products that may be linked from the Site, including:

  • Memory Enhancement — iOS cognitive-practice application (App Store);
  • MoCA Assessment — iOS cognitive screening support application for assisted administration (App Store);
  • Motor Function — iOS rehabilitation companion application (App Store);
  • American Smile — cultural tour project documenting care and fun at techno-human convergence (TikTok, X);
  • Chronicle of Convergence — editorial and field-signals platform at chronicleofconvergence.com.

Use of App Store applications is also subject to Apple's terms, applicable End User License Agreement (EULA), and any in-app terms or purchase terms. Use of Chronicle of Convergence is subject to that site's own terms and policies where posted. Partnership programs (including Super Nova MSCs) are subject to separate commercial agreements.

4. No medical advice

WeMake is an innovative technology company and publisher of digital products. Content on the Site regarding biotherapeutics, neuromodulation, regenerative therapies, cognitive assessment, motor rehabilitation, clinical research, or related topics does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Our digital health and assessment products are not substitutes for professional medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless expressly stated under applicable regulatory clearance. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, documents, and software—is the property of WeMake or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The WeMake name and logo are trademarks of WeMake, Corp. Product names (including Memory Enhancement, MoCA Assessment, Motor Function, and Chronicle of Convergence) and associated branding are protected as applicable. Unauthorized use is prohibited. "MoCA" and related assessment methodologies may be associated with third-party rights; references on the Site describe our product's approach and do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or clinical instruments beyond what WeMake is licensed or authorized to use.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems;
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' access;
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including Apple App Store listings and Chronicle of Convergence. WeMake does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WeMake does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product descriptions on the Site may change as apps and services are updated.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEMAKE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Separate written agreements may set different limits for consulting or clinical engagements.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeMake and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to Terms

WeMake reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
