Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

WeMake, Corp. ("WeMake," "we," "us," or "our") is an innovative technology company engaged with the convergence of carbon-based and silicon-based life, and of human and artificial intelligence. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit wemake.cloud (the "Site"), engage with our technology, partnership, or clinical research offerings, or use digital products we publish or operate (together, the "Services").

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers:

  • The WeMake corporate website at wemake.cloud and related pages;
  • Inquiries and engagements for technology programs, CRO/SMO clinical research support, and partnership discussions;
  • Information practices described here for products we develop or publish, including:
    • Memory Enhancement (iOS App Store);
    • MoCA Assessment (iOS App Store);
    • Motor Function (iOS App Store);
    • American Smile cultural project (public channels including TikTok and X);
    • Chronicle of Convergence at chronicleofconvergence.com (media / editorial platform);
    • Partnership materials and inquiries related to Super Nova MSCs and similar regenerative programs.

Individual apps or sites may display additional in-product privacy notices or App Store privacy labels. Where a product-specific notice is more specific, it controls for that product. Links from our Site to third-party platforms (including Apple App Store listings) are governed by those parties' policies.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information: Name, email address, company name, and mailing address when you contact us or request consulting services.
  • Communications: Content of emails and other correspondence with our team.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs collected automatically through standard web server logs and cookies on the Site (and, where applicable, on Chronicle of Convergence).
  • Professional information: Job title, organization, and project-related details you voluntarily provide during consulting or clinical research engagements.
  • Mobile app data: For Memory Enhancement, MoCA Assessment, and Motor Function, WeMake's current App Store privacy labels indicate that these apps do not collect data from the device for our servers. Practice history, assessment inputs, and related records are designed to remain on your device unless a future update discloses otherwise. Apple may process App Store transactions (including in-app purchases) under Apple's own policies.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide technology programs, partnerships, and clinical research services;
  • Communicate about projects, proposals, products, and service updates;
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site and our service offerings;
  • Support product operations and user support where applicable;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
  • Protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and security threats.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site (and, where enabled, Chronicle of Convergence) may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features.

5. Information sharing

We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Vendors who assist with hosting, email delivery, analytics, and IT infrastructure, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Professional advisors: Attorneys, accountants, and consultants as needed for business operations.
  • Platform providers: Apple and other distribution platforms for app delivery, payments, and platform compliance—subject to their terms and privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of WeMake, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of your information.

Clinical research engagements may involve additional data flows under study protocols, informed consent, and site/sponsor agreements (e.g., HIPAA-covered arrangements). Those instruments govern protected health information where applicable.

6. Health and assessment information

Our digital health and assessment products are tools for practice, screening support, or wellness—not a substitute for professional medical care. MoCA Assessment is designed for assisted administration and is not intended as a self-diagnosis tool. Memory Enhancement is a cognitive-practice app for general wellbeing and is not a medical device. Motor Function is a rehabilitation companion and does not replace clinical supervision. Do not use any WeMake product for emergency medical situations.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Program and clinical engagement records may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable regulations or contracts. On-device app data is retained under your control until you delete the app or clear local storage.

8. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information;
  • Opt out of marketing communications;
  • Request restriction or portability of your data;
  • Not be subject to certain automated decision-making.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any rights, contact us at Contact us.

10. Third-party links and products

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, App Store pages, and partner properties (including Chronicle of Convergence and Apple). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

11. Children's privacy

The Site and our professional services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the corporate Site. App age ratings are set per App Store guidelines; parents and guardians should supervise device use as appropriate.

12. International users

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from other regions, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection rules than your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
